P C Cubitt is the author of Fly Catcher, which was long-listed for the Bridport First Novel Prize.
She has worked in the fields of business, education, and research, when she was contributor and editor to several academic journals. Her PhD research on peacebuilding has been widely published, and it was her time working in Africa that inspired her move to writing fiction. The Blue Alley is her second novel.
She lives with her husband in Yorkshire and is the proud mother of sons.
