Dean Marrow is a literary agent and the founder of Marrow Creative, a boutique agency representing debut authors across books, film, and television. He began the practice in 2007 as a publishing coaching and consulting business, spending nearly two decades working with manuscripts individually before moving into representation and taking on his first clients as an agent in 2026. His list is deliberately small: he reads every submission himself and signs only a handful of writers a year, in literary and upmarket fiction, narrative nonfiction and memoir, and original screenwork. He is a member of ADALI, the AAA, ALLi, and BISG, and works from Paris and New York.
