Dr. Jay began his professional journey as a Civil Engineer in 1980. However, his life took a profound turn in the mid-1980s when he was struck by a severe illness, later diagnosed as advanced Lyme Disease.

Confronted with this health challenge, he redirected his career towards Chiropractic care, which played a pivotal role in freeing him from antibiotic dependency. Over the past 30 years, Dr. Jay has devoted himself to helping thousands improve their well-being and quality of life. His passion lies in educating individuals of all ages, particularly the younger generation, about embracing healthier lifestyles.

Fueled by a deep desire to empower others and promote vibrant living, Dr. Jay earned Board Certification as a Holistic Health Coach in 2021.

His first book, a post-apocalyptic action/adventure drama, was inspired by fears of a Nuclear WWIII in July 2024. The idea of the main character, 19yo George Harrison Rodgers, from his favorite Beatle. His struggle between justice and revenge after his entire family and friends are murdered in the year 2041. The beginning of the story takes place in Wyoming and ends at the Alamo in Texas.
