Kristen earned a degree in English/writing at Boise State University and has over a decade of editing experience. To date, she has edited over 450 books, several of which have won awards and have topped Amazon’s best sellers lists. She began her career as a fiction book editor in 2012.

As the only book editor at Kristen Corrects, Inc., Kristen personally edits every line in every manuscript—and loves it. There’s nothing quite like doing what you were made for. Working independently allows Kristen the opportunity to interact with authors and to know their manuscript intimately, providing highly individualized service.

Reading is Kristen’s passion, so when the workday is over, she can usually be found curled up with a good book (alongside her four cats: Sophie, Charlie, Jack, and Noel). She loves watching scary movies, eating pizza, teaching herself French, and traveling, and she is likely planning her next vacation. She lives outside of Boise, Idaho.
