I was born in England and live in New Zealand. I hold degrees in English and law and have an interest in ancient Egypt.

My articles have been widely published in ''Nile Magazine'', ''Ancient Egypt'' and ''Ancient Origins''.

A recent production of ''The Stars of Egyptology'' series is now on: https://sharonjanethague.com. Leaders in the field of Egyptology such as Bob Brier, Salima Ikram and Chris Naunton (currently President of the International Association of Egyptologists) give insights into ancient Egypt with their own stories.

My novels ''Moses and Akhenaten: A Child's Tale'' and ''The Tutankhamen Friendship'' were published in 2019. Recently I also collaborated with Curtis Ryan Woodside on ''Egypt Through the Ages''.
