About the Hosts
Orna is a traditionally-published author who took her rights back from Penguin, then republished her books herself with the titles and treatment she’d always wanted for them. In 2012 at the London Book Fair, she launched the Alliance of Independent Authors. Her work with ALLi has landed her on The Bookseller’s “Top 100 people in publishing” list. Orna writes award-winning fiction and poetry, runs a Patreon page for poets and poetry lovers and an active author website. She’s on a mission to help eradicate creative poverty through digital publishing and enterprise. You’ll find her, most days, on Twitter and she posts poems and quotes for poets on Instagram: @ornaross.
